Construction commenced in November 2020 and finished within 9 months. This included the Northern Beaches lockdown in late 2020/early 2021 and the NSW Covid-19 construction lockdown in July 2021.

Rent a Space Brookvale enjoys a fully undercover drive-thru loading area with fast ride-on lifts for this four-level self storage facility. All units are individually alarmed and extensive lighting is provided for each unit along with natural lighting from the new Rent a Space facade.
