Redefining self storage 

Rent a Space partnered with renowned architects SJB to create a cutting-edge design for our new facilities, aiming to create spaces that our communities can take pride in and that cater to the diverse needs of our customers. The expertise of Harding Architects was then utilized to transform these designs into highly functional self storage facilities, offering a range of solutions for personal and business requirements.

Currently, Rent a Space owns and operates 17 facilities, with a flagship store under construction in Alexandria due for delivery in 2027.

4 Cross St, Brookvale. Opened August 2021. 4-Level Drive-thru facility for complete undercover loading and unloading. 2 x High Speed passenger goods lifts for convenient storage. 

Rent a Space Marsden Park SSAA Facility of the Year 2022

11 Ultimo Pl, Marsden Park. Opened December 2020. Stage 2 opened August 2022. Winner - Self Storage Association of Australasia 2022 Facility of the Year.

Serving Queanbeyan and Canberra, this facility opened in January 2023 and includes boat, caravan and car storage along with three levels of secure and bright storage units. A limited number of driveway units also enjoy high-bay access with 4.5 metre ceiling heights.
